Donor Accounts and Statements
DCC processes all contributions and event payments through Pushpay (processing platform) which integrates with Pushpay ChMS (previously CCB or Church Community Builder), a cloud-based church management solution. Only the finance team has access to donor giving records, not the pastor or any other church leaders.
Pushpay allows donors to view all transactions, access annual giving statements, update payment methods and modify recurring donations. Donor accounts can be accessed from the giving page found either through the DCC website or the church app.
CCB (Pushpay ChMS) allows donors to access their own giving record at any time and print off a giving statement for any time period. CCB can be accessed from the DCC website drop-down menu, under the “CONNECT” tab. If you have never logged in or have forgotten your password, contact the church office at 740-369-2929.
***Note: Recurring donations and payment methods can only be updated through Pushpay***
